To ensure that the transition to a Green Economy is an inclusive one, the Center will directly and indirectly support a number of community development initiatives and will offer programs and services that appeal to a broad demographic. These programs will address job creation, workplace and life skills education, workforce re-entry, financial management assistance, and micro-enterprise financing.

• Develop and deliver programs and other offerings that are accessible and relevant to a culturally and socio-economically diverse audience, as measured by the depth and breadth of the surrounding community’s participation in the Center’s job placement programs, enterprise incubator, and other activities.
